Tallon is the final Garda to face charges relating to mayday 2004.
Of the 6+ Garda charged only Garda Paul Daly was found guilty of assault, for which he recieved a 1 month sentence (which is the subject of an appeal)
Tallon was charged with this offence over a year ago but the jury were unable to reach a verdict.
