July 24, 2002 (12:53) A number of traveller families whose caravans have been seized by Gardaí in the Ennis area have begun High Court proceedings for the return of their vehicles. During the hearing, counsel for Clare County Council said it was in a position to provide, on an emergency basis, a large mobile home at Liscannor, where the travellers had been located previously.
