There are many anecdotes about leader Kim Jong Il during his historic visit to the Russian Federation. Mysterious natural phenomena took place in Hasan, Novosibirsk, Omsk and other places he went. The rain which had lasted for a week or ten days stopped all of a sudden and the sun began shining.
