This coming Tuesday the 17th of June, there will be a fundraising evening in the Irish Film Centre on Eustace St. Temple Bar,Dublin. There will be live music provided by Paul O Toole who wowed an audience of Tens of Thousands on Feb.15 with his topical satirical singing. Also playing are a selection of other Musicians,(including my humble self), who have played at other rallies and fundraisers since the current bout of fascist aggression being unleashed on the third world was launched by the Bush administration and their servants in the Dail.It promises to be a great evening and I wouldn't be surprised if a couple of mystery guests showed up to do a few songs.10 euros at the door, all proceeds to Shannon Six legal fund. read full story / add a comment

Looking at the Northern ireland school's league tables, surprise, surprise we find that Lagan college is at the bottom of the schools league for GCSE results in the whole of the belfast area, out of all the schools in belfast. Lagan is fifth from the bottom of the league table for all schools in northern ireland. What does this tell us about senior management at lagan college. It indicates clearly that the senior management at Lagan, who all drive plush expensive limosines, don't give a fuck about providing children who choose integration a proper education. They are clearly sending out the message that the majority of integrated children don't deserve an education. read full story / add a comment
