I am a committed anti-war activist and would like nothing better than to see Bush hurled from a cannon from the White House lawn.

But don't bet on it.

I'd say Kerry is Bush's dream opponent. read full story / add a comment

Venue: The Berkeley Court Hotel, Dublin, Ireland

"The Jane's 7th Annual Less-Lethal Weapons Conference has been once again developed specifically for today's police and military leaders who must apply force to manage rapidly unfolding operational situations where time is short, the facts are unclear and lives are at stake."

Why don't we all drop into the Berkeley Court and have Afternoon Tea? Remember - nothing is too good for the working class!

With just one minute to go on Mairin Finucane's RTE Radio 1 programme this morning, prospective Green Party presidential candidate was asked if he had used cannabis. He was honest and said yes.

The issue of the positive or negative benefits aside, one of the biggest fears of parents of teenage children who smoke dope is that they will graduate to another level.

I wonder if Eamon's honesty will give Pat Rabbitte a way out to give Labour sponsorship of the nomination a pass? read full story / add a comment

Monday a.m., Kitty Kelley will air her book on the George Bush family - The Family - on NBC's TODAY SHOW, which starts at 7 a.m.
This and the release of the book the next day are historic occasions. The book will generate headlines and, eventually, notes in history books. Below we have listed some of the programs Miss Kitty will be on. The main lesson from the book is this: "W" as in George W. Bush stands for "Wimp." Bush relates poorly to women, including Laura Bush, and has other relationships that are less than manly, according to the book, discussed below. read full story / add a comment
