'Mainstreaming' is a term familiar to a lot of Irish Parents who have children with educational special needs, and it doesn't work in terms of choice or individual need. Take Back the night was a campaign instigated by two women to do just that. Reclaim women's Spaces and safety in cities and university campuses. Take Back the Tech believes that violence Against Women occurs on the internet because of unequal power relationships between women and men. It's anti-patriarchial.
