Supporters of the Shell to Sea campaign made sure to give Taoiseach Bertie Ahern up to date information when they were leafleting the crowd attending the 2007 Leinster Final at Croke Park yesterday. Protesters against Shell's scheme in Mayo have been beaten and imprisoned, and many people believe Shell can do what they like because of the deal they made with corrupt Fianna Fáil Minister, Ray Burke. A ship that served on the US / British naval taskforce in the Persian Gulf during the invasion of Iraq visited "neutral" Cork Harbour at the weekend.
