Hi all, I can't be sure of the exact figures, but perhaps around 250 were at the pro-choice protest yesterday (February 16th) at the Gardens of Remembrance, Parnell Square. Speechs were a bit overlong in my view, though the looped march this time maybe a more effective tool, given that it was a moving physical demonstration of our position in full view of a public who this time round have some degree of control over how government policy will be affected. Talk is at 6.30pm in the main lecture hall. He was pissed off with the mellow biog used in a previous post and forwarded this.
