A Panorama special programme - "A Licence to Murder" - will be broadcast tonight (19/06/02) at 9.00pm on BBC 1. According to the makers of the programme: "Britain stands accused of helping known terrorists to assassinate suspected enemies of the state during the 1980s. A major two part Panorama investigation reveals the extent to which some members of the security forces colluded with loyalist paramilitaries to kill British civilians in Northern ireland." The second part of the programme will be broadcast this Sunday (23/06/02) at 10.15pm.
