This is a paper written by Thomas Maguire, a Ph.D. student in Communications at the University of Texas on the topic of IMC Ireland. It's just a short paper written for a course on Alternative Media, but it's well worth a look. I've carried out a survey of the Nice debate in the Irish Times and Irish Independent from Mon 09/09 up to Sat. 21/09 and I've found that the "Yes" side of the argument gets 66% of the coverage in the Times and a massive 87% in the Independent. Free press me eye! read full story / add a comment

Conducting a research and development program on toxic chemical agents for use as weapons, including anesthetics and psychoactive substances, in violation of the Chemical Weapons Convention; 2. Developing long-range military delivery devices for these chemicals, including an 81mm chemical mortar round, that violate the Chemical Weapons Convention. 3. Pursuing a chemical weapons program while fully cognizant that it violates the Chemical Weapons Convention and US Department of Defense regulations; 4.
