national / miscellaneous / opinion/analysis Sunday September 07, 2003 19:11 by iosaf (like I can't hide my name can I?)   text 54 comments (last - friday october 22, 2004 10:43)
It has been long observed that people for some reason on their non-banking days readily absorb shite about Dangerous Places, Famous People, Sensible Saving Options, Holidays, Interesting facts, Sport results, Media, gardening and health as well looking ahead at “upcoming issues” including September 11.
This therefore Concerns the same conceptual textual space that weekly produces “I really can’t think of anything newsworty to write” stuff from me. But I do not feel ashamed of nor dissuaged from writing a Sunday article unhindered by petty concerns for how difficult it is to be an editor, a worker, or reader reconciling split infinitives. read full story / add a comment

Lesson 1. The two great drivers of globalisation are trade and investment.

In the case of trade, take note of next weeks manifestations as the World Trade Organisation meets in Cancun, Mexico.

Here in Ireland, this week marks a return of globalisations co-pilot.

With the summer holidays over, Investment in the form of education, returns to the classroom.

Offering the gift apple of 'giving something back to the community', big business in Irish schools wants the teacher as pet and access to a young captive audience. read full story / add a comment

Ideas for info shop, library, dark room, circus etc. are some put forth as additions to the new CAZ. For more info e-mail [email protected].
