Proposal -> on Saturday the 26th june 2004 shannon

Visual, non confrontational, highly symbolic + silent yet specific + communicative

Walk with protest until we are stopped + then lie down

I propose to get as many people as possible to lie down en masse with black blankets over them
(some will be provided, bring your own or a black bag)
