All party co-operation led to the interuption of a scheme to re-zone 200 acres for housing in Donabate. Cllr. Gerry McGuire (Lab), tabled a number of motions trying to avert this further planning disgrace.
Brainchild of Cllr. Ann Devitt(FG), this re-zoning would apply vast pressure to Donabate's groaning infrastructure and further destroy this beautiful peninsula.
