Unfortunately i do not have great details on this just caught the end on the radio but i did hear him say that the Attack on Iraq is NOT a pre-emptive strike. In the papers 31 March By Sylvia Leatham Iona, SkillSoft (NASDAQ: SKIL - news) , ParthusCeva (NASDAQ: PCVA - news) face government questions on software supplied to US military The Irish Independent reports that SkillSoft, Iona Technologies (Dublin: IONA.I - news) and ParthusCeva have each received letters from the government seeking clarification as to which export licences they are using to supply software to the US military. Companies are required by law to have military or "dual use" licences from the government for the supply of military products.
