This St David's Day, why is Welsh Labour trying to decolonise Wales from Welsh people? Its vision of an 'anti-racist' Wales involves conjuring up an entirely fictitious history of multi-ethnic diversity.

Workers and service users of the Irish Wheelchair Association are protesting today about a 33% cut in FAS funding which will result in over half of their current staff being let go in the next 12 months. A number of people with banners were parading down O’Connell St. at lunch time, followed by a fleet of IWA coaches to protest at these cuts. I presume they were on their way to the Dail to register a formal complaint there. It seems a bit ironic as Ireland is hosting the Special Olympics over the coming weeks that yet again the most vulnerable sections of society are being hit by funding cuts. read full story / add a comment

I remember this story vaguely and the footage which I think was shown on TV. Didn't know the whole thing was dropped by the public prosecutor. I don't have the guys full name or his fathers name. Just this which his father was handing out at the Dail today. He is hungerstriking to draw attention to this. If anyone is nearby maybe they could speak to him and get an update and his and his son's full names and contact details for anyone who might want to offer support. I think he needs it as the Info had no phone number or anything on it. Anyoune else know or remember details about this. read full story / add a comment

I did send this artice and the I serached more and I found out that the Irish Government did not know even their own laws which they sign or agree. So if the US , the British, the Polnish, the Aussies if all don't accept more any law, International, like the above Nations violated the UNO International Laws, so I am not surprised that Ireland soes not accept the Regulation and Laws signed with the EU! So every one can do now what he want? Then let's start! read full story / add a comment
