I'm just wondering if anyone else found that the use of the 'Mission Impossible' soundtrack for the piece last night about messrs. Kitt and O'Higgins going out to Iraq offensive? The US Environmental Protection Agency issues permits, called pollution allowances. Industries buy the permits to be able to release more toxic pollutants into the environment than EPA standards allow. Some students from the Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa are buying permits and retiring them, to eliminate tons sulfur dioxide and CO2 from being released into the atmosphere. read full story / add a comment |
