The union will be formally launched at this event; an event that promises to be of great historical significance in the life and history of all working people on the island of Ireland. Bus Workers have made it quite clear that they want no concessions to Brennan's privatisation agenda yet despite this the NBRU are entering yet another round of sham talks on Thursday while CIE workers are striking! Because of this the Busworkers Action Group (BAG) has called a protest for this Thursday, March 18th. March assembling outside the talks venue at the Department of Transport at 10.30am.
