Mercer Human Resources firm released their survey that places Tokyo as the world's most expensive city. Dublin gets the rank of 21st, a massive jump from being placed at 73 in the space of a year! Click on link and dwnld their pdf file that lists such. Thanks FF/PDs, we are all waiting for this trickle down effect, it would sure beat having four euro in change after paying the rent and getting the shopping. Mind you, being poor can give one the incentive to try new things, like home brewing and setting up an illegal shebeen.
