Coup de grace time for Shell & Ahern?

Following last Friday's battering of peacful protesters in Bellanaboy by McDowell's Brown Shirts, Galway Shell to Sea activists in revulsion at this potlatch of violence and in solidarity with the put upon people of Erris picketed the Westside Shell Service Station for 90 minutes this evening eliciting sympathy and empathy from passers by and motorists in the plodding traffic who readily took our leaflets.

This visitation of brutality whether experienced in Bellanaboy or viewed on the Television has galvanised all of us; the fuckers are not going to prevail, that was the prevailing adamantine mood this evening and that Rossport is not going to be allowed to wither on the vine through lack of support, a bit like Pearse orating at the burial of O' Donovan Rossa : "They think that they have purchased half of us and intimidated the other half. They think that they have foreseen everything, think that they have provided against everything; but, the fools, the fools, the fools! — They have left us our ... (injured)" .

Ahern and Kenny have, with their preachy, shabby opinings on last Friday's blut fest, dredged new sewers of hypocrisy. Now is the time to get the Jeyes Fluid out?. Now is the time to give Ahern and Herr McDowell their coups de grace on the electoral wheel?. Now is the time to send Shell to sea without a paddle?.

A bit of levity as well as accuracy after the trauma of last Friday. That shoe shine poster is brilliant ladies and gentlemen, take a bow. Shots of the Black and Tan cops deploying batons against innocent men and women on posters, would be good for demos outside Kenny, McDowell, Ahern offices.
