Jump To Comment: 1If she had given the judgement today it would be just before the jury in the Ploughshares case starts to deliberate.
The state probably expected that case to be finished by now using the old strategy of excluding witnesses, which thankfully didn't occur this time.
Fair play to Mr. Dubsky for his actions on the airfield and in the courts.
