ONE MONTH LEFT TO ORGANISE AND AGITATE!!

Some upcoming Dissent! anti-G8 events.

Dissent are still running TWO bussses to the g8 this July.
The deadline for deposits (€30) is the 13th of JUNE. One will be a 10day trip leaving on the 1st of July and returning ten days later on the 10th. A Shorter trip will leave on the 5th of July to get people there for the July6th Day of action to shut down the summit and return on the 7th.
Tickets are now available from the various contacts listed on our website or by emailing us or dropping into red ink.
After we receive your €30 deposit we can give you our bank account details so you can deposit the rest of the money.

Preparing to go to the G8: DISSENT TRAINING WORKSHOP
- St Nicholas of Myra Hall, Sunday the 19th of June 12.00-6.00pm

Rough draft of events..

12.00-1.00 Banner making Workshop, Body Armour Workshop, First Aid workshop
1.00-2.00 either a break for lunch or continue with the workshop depending on what people need to do.
2.00-3.00 Video of MayDay Dublin, Question and Answer session with people who have been to summits before (Genoa, Prague, Evian, Seville)
3.00-4.00 Round circle discussion; What do we plan to do?

The good people from www.clownarmy.org will be doing a two day training workshop on the weekend of the 10th-11th June.

Dissent are also organising a huge Irish barrio which will feed and entertain hundreds of protestors at the convergence site, we need your help! Get involved!
