Anyway, Pfc. Lynndie England told KCNC-TV in Denver on Tuesday that her superiors gave her specific instructions on how to pose for the photos. Asked who gave the orders, she would say only, "Persons in my chain of command."

In photographs that have been shown worldwide, England, 21, is seen smiling, cigarette in her mouth, as she leans forward and points at the genitals of a naked, hooded Iraqi. Another photo taken at Baghdad's Abu Ghraib prison shows her holding a leash that encircles the neck of a naked Iraqi man lying on his side.

"I was instructed by persons in higher rank to 'stand there, hold this leash, look at the camera,' and they took pictures for PsyOps (psychological operations)," she told the station.

"I didn't really, I mean, want to be in any pictures," she said. She also said she thought "it was kind of weird."

The interview was taped Tuesday at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where England, a military reservist from West Virginia, met with one of a team of Denver lawyers who have volunteered to take her case.

She faces anything from a reprimand to 15 years. In which case her child would be born in a US military prison.

US inteligence sources in Washington have said that Mr Abu Mus'ab al-Zarqawi who's real name is Ahmad Fadil Nazzal Al-Khalayleh (C/F probably was the one to behead Nick Berg in a tape released this week.
Reuters have not specified which intelligence source, so it could be the CIA/NSA/FBI/ or military intelligence. Or it could be fraggle rock. We will wait and see how long the Nick Berg thing goes on, Today Rumsfeld flew into Iraq on a surprise visit. I suppose it was a tempting propaganda opportunity whilst in neighbouring Saudi (the non reported visit) to discuss the third day that US Crude is over 40$ a barrel and how it's good news for some and shitty news for YOU.

The presumption being, if Marie Antoinette and all the rest, continued to have pumping blood in their bodies when the head came off, then there is no credible reason why Mr Berg's heart didn't pump blood out of his just killed body.
The video shows no blood spurt.
In Saudi Arabia a plastic sheet of 5 metres squared is needed to catch the blood spurt.
People get very worked up before their head gets chopped off and this adds spurt to the spurt. There is no spurt in the video.

biographies of Mac diarmada are more difficult to track down, not much was or is known about this very little photographed founder of the Irish Republican Brotherhood, they said he was charming anyway, and he knew what he was about. & when you think about it, he did it well.

Remember he was a charming man and that probably means he had a sense of humour. We know not a lot about him before 1910. Becuase that's the way he wanted it.

- attempted a swap of Canadian independence for Irish independence by actively promoting Canadian independence from the British Empire in the period 1866 to 1871.

The Fenian attempts to free Canada from the British Empire probably failed on a range of issues. One of which might possibly be the increased autonomy being granted the British imperial territories in Northern America. Or maybe that was a result of the IRB/Fenian meddling, ¿who knows? Anyway July 1, 1867 one year into the "Free Canada!" campaign, the Imperial parliament in London granted the first home assembly type thing to Canada with the British North America Act which made Canada (and Quebec) into a Dominion of the Empire.
Might I just point out to Irish, English, Canadian and other Foreign Readers, that this "Free Canada!" campaign came long before the "Boycott Canada!" campaign.

And even more strangely it came before the word "boycott" had entered the English or any other language, as a result of the direct action taken by angry Irish people against a LandLord agent called Captain Boycott,
in 1879 in Mayo Western Ireland.
