Jump To Comment: 1 2 3 4 5 6I'm sorry to have to inform you but the Nice Treaty passed. There was a referendum in October 2002 and it obtained a 'yes' vote of 63%. That's why 10 new members were admitted to the EU in Dublin on May 1. If the Nice Treaty hadn't passed, they wouldn't have been admitted. You surely can't have been unaware of the ceremonies celebrating their admission in Dublin that day, as I do believe they were quite widely reported on Indymedia.
