Go-ahead given for M50 work despite protests

news report
Thursday July 03, 2003 17:19 by Joe Sheehan
The Minister for the Environment has cleared the way for work to resume on the M50 motorway in south Dublin, despite appeals from campaigners seeking to preserve the medieval Carrickmines Castle site. (from RTE) Looks like all the time in Court has been ignored the Minister for Environment (that is a joke) and he is going to plough through the site regardless. |

As the article exists already on the RTE site I did not reproduce it, I was informing on thid NEWS SITE what had happened as it is not already up.
its ok if I alert Indy to every breaking story with a sperate posting and take up space. You are a cretin.
You're the cretin, this is a link to another story, Joe just wanted to make INDY users aware of what has just happened. You on the other hand just read and critisize, yeah, you're one of the many wankers who frequent this site, and who bring it down, piss off and get annoyed with someone worth getting annoyed at, twat.

ironically - conspiritorily - NO ONE has informed the Carrickminder litigants and the 'consent order' is probably illegal in itself.
controversy brewing at the moment....
The fucker is a loyal IMC head.
now time is different.
ask Stephen Hawkins.
or
ask anyone in an internet café who can't skimread or skip large blocks of poorly presented for the internet café---------- words.
or
think about how much ireland.indymedia costs.

now no indymedia space is free of argument.
that is why they are a really good idea.
space.
but space costs, and for lower band websites such as ireland.indymedia many people watch the pennies, so photographs, audiofiles, video etc do not happen so regularly.
And everytime a new thread is opened one will sigh "jaysus we don't have the space".
[coz the curses are religious in ireland].
But if all _concerned_ were to figure out a way of taking ireland indymedia to a yet wider bandwith than ever before we could all enjoy Oscailt 4 our wonderful new operating system to it's capacity.
and then Ireland indymedia would become like many other spaces without arguments about editorial policies. For each editor has a _policy_.
Thoughts from very very far away on ireland's cost effectivity at the link.

whales used to be able to communicate from south to north poles. with the crap floating through the airwaves they can only communicate within a 15 mile radius now. shame.
is all this bullshit really necessary?
