Anti Privatisation Forum

Following the public meeting in Finglas on Monday a week ago, it was
suggested that we should get together to build support for the CIE day
of
action on August 19th and to see how we can take things further.

Aug 19 is an important day to show public support for the CIE workers
fighting privatisation and I think we will want to find ways of
reaching out
to community groups, trade unionists and others in the area to show
their
support on the protests the CIE workers are planning for that day.

I am proposing that whoever can meet up at 6.00pm on Thursday 31st July
in
the office above Fred's Fashions in Finglas Village.

Hope to see you there. ... read full story / add a comment

Also with the battle over the privatization of Dublin Bus looming it would be great if the CM could in some way show support for the Bus Drivers so if anyone has banners or leaflets that could be handed out on the way it might be an idea.

Anyway as always come along, bring your bike, your mates and help bring a bit of colour to Dublin for a while this evening. ... read full story / add a comment
