According to the front page of Daily Ireland today the British government has not ruled out building a nuclear plant on the border. After the July bombings in London, a number of Pakistani immigrants living in Greece were illegaly detained and tortured by Greek agents working with MI6 agents based in Greece. Despite attempted cover-up and and denials from both the Greek and British government, the MI6 agent who was present at the time has since been recalled to London and the British government has issued a D-notice forbidding the media from naming the lead MI6 agent - though the story has been covered by both The Times and The Guardian. ... read full story / add a comment

The forces that divide humanity issue from religion, tribalism, racism and self-interest. The fact that right wing groups emphasise the ‘virtues’ of these principles clearly identifies their support base and driving principles.
