We had another successful evening at the Dolphin's Barn community garden. For the first time, there was an equal gender balance - 4 fellas and 4 women. We did a little bit of watering. Then we cleared more area of grass and stones and began work on another row. We planted a section of the row with sunflower and pumpkin seeds, I think it was. It was a fine, dry day, and as I looked around the garden, I thought of that first night there, and how radically the place has changed since then. We've had a big impact on the space already, and things are going to get better and better.
