didn't qualify as a free open democratic accountable election like the ones you get for school class rep. Neither candidate has been photographed in an orange scarf or jumper. There is also a third candidate the ultra-nationalist Vadim Tudor. Mr Tudor thinks Rumania's past when it was a fascist dictatorship and fought on the eastern front is not properly remembered. He was in favour.
