In 2020 Asian countries were praised for their pandemic response. But since 2021 they've seen soaring death rates, while the UK is still running hot. Why did deaths not drop once the 'pandemic' was over, asks Nick Rendell.

We don't know at what stage the branch davidian group of fundamentalist christians of mount Carmel in Waco, Texas crossed the line of extremism. Most people don't remember what the suspected crime was which brought the US federal agencies complete with tanks and psychological weaponry to lay seige to the compound & demand its leader David Koresh to surrender. Was the illegal fully automatic weapons which neighbours professed to hear or the rumours that Koresh had taken unto him as wives all the females (some barely adolescent) in the compound to mother his children? Few will tell you that the Oklahoma bombing of a Federal social security office by Timothy Veigh & others as revenge for the Waco massacre was first atttributed to Islamic fundamentalists. We now know the FBI regretted the crises as soon as the charred remains of the children were brought out of the rubble. Musharraf's attack on the Lal Masjid or Red Mosque of Islamabad is comparable. ... read full story / add a comment

The mainstream press is full of stories but for ONE BIG exception; a FAILURE the proportions of which promise to sear the pages of history. The criminal intervention and the consequent holocaust and humanitarian disaster that is Western Interventionist Iraq! The media is at pains to avoid this story for obvious reasons -- it participated in the original ruse and deception upon which a full-scale military invasion was launched. The list of war criminals includes the name of Rupert Murdoch as he clearly carries equal responsibility with Bush, Cheney, Blair, Howard and the conservative forces that support them. War crimes arrests must therefore extend to Murdoch and other responsible parties – Murdoch is damned by his own words, delivered in numerous speeches and addresses to fellow conservative criminals. ... read full story / add a comment

IrishRepublican.net has stepped into the spotlight again. We believe, as republicans, that music plays a vital role in our struggle. Each song tells a story, of an ambush, a republican martyr, or a famous event that has passed us by. We have taken to this belief, and established an online radio station, Irish Republican Radio. Irish Republican Radio currently has several DJ's, and we broadcast 24/7, bringing you songs of struggle, songs of history and martyrs and the odd bit of Ceili. We hope you enjoy the Radio, as well as learn something from it. We also operate a requests system so that we play what you want!

Guarding the refinery site earlier this year.
mayo / rights, freedoms and repression Thursday July 05, 2007 - 12:26 by W P Reader   image 1 image
The Corrib scheme has been criticised for being planned as a series of interlinked parts, each one split between different areas of the State's bureaucracy, with no one seeing the whole jigsaw, nobody in charge assessing the full impact of the refinery, different parts of the onshore pipeline, the offshore pipeline, the offshore rig etc.

This device is called "project splitting', and is supposed to be illegal under European Union planning law.

Now it seems, we can begin to see the Corrib scheme as itself a part of a greater whole, with more refineries planned for the Bellanaboy bridge site, and more onshore pipelines criss-crossing the landscape, as this article from the Western People shows.

LEt it be known, recorded acknowledged & easy to find through search engines that during the nightfall which befell the coastal settlement of Rush [population 6,679] in the county of Dublin, the assizes of Fingal of the first to the second dates of the seventh month - A BIG BANG MORE OF A BOOM COMPLETE WITH RATTLES AND A BIT OF SUBSIDENCE AND TOTAL HORRIFIED EFFECTS LIKE wasn't really reported or paid attention to.

The BBC sent their man in Rush, Lush and neighbouring Dunabate to talk to locals as the Gardai began their daylight search for bearded men with foreign accents and mindful of the historical resonance of Rush as being the location chosen for two movies shot in 1965 by the names of " The Face of Fu Man Chu", "Ten Little Indians" and the even more significant "Rocket to the Moon" in 1966 were quickly rumoured to extend their search to all strangers in general with or without a TinTin crest. ... read full story / add a comment

For those not familiar with the acronym ‘KISS’, it expands to, “Keep It Simple Stupid”! The KISS (K) principle was/is the most invaluable teaching/training aid in the IT industry, especially in the early days when people actually feared the ‘complexity’ of computers. Anyone who is confronted by an overwhelming amount of ‘information’ tends to lose themselves in a sea of confusion. Fortunately, a very bright and creative mind developed the ‘K’ principle for dealing with these situations. ... read full story / add a comment

People today seem perplexed as civilisation as we know it plummets into the abyss. Yet, in the broad sense, the future is entirely predicable. The much lauded system of economic rationalism has resulted in huge disparities in wealth comparable to ancient societies; the wealth of Pharaoh-God-Kings of the past was staggering and in stark contrast to the wealth of their subjects. The peoples’ living standards were maintained at ‘adequate‘ levels to ensure a fit work/slave force for their rulers – remind you of anything, are you able to draw any comparisons today? In fact ancient Egypt (utilising modern poverty statistics) would have fared better in the social sense than most of today’s societies. So much for economic rationalism and laissez-faire capitalism! The inequity of today’s economic reality is far from mysterious; however, one mystery remains, the masses of today tolerate far greater inequities than the masses of yesterday. ... read full story / add a comment

Today a few things happened - Iraq, London, Poverty etc..,

But for some reason US TV network MSNBC wanted to lead their news hour with a Paris Hilton story. You know the vapid girl who went to jail (not prison) and suffered attention deficit disorder, read the bible but couldn't remember her favourite passage....

Watch this video as Mika Brzezinsk refused on air to lead with the story saying she wanted Iraq first and then tried to burn her script.
