‘Mr John Browne TD, Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture and Food with responsibility for Forestry, announced that the Forest Service of his Department has issued a call for proposals from interested parties relating to the promotion and development of sustainable forestry. The greater the diversity of life in a woodland, the greater the health of the woodland as a whole and the greater the health of all the individuals in the wood.
Nature takes care of itself and will generate balance. The 'Woodsman' or the 'Hand in the Woods', to translate correctly, can help nature, can concertina time to a certain extent and can create a symbiosis with nature, with an ecosystem, with a woodland.

Last week saw the publication of this year's "transparency org" world corruption perception report. Its a report which is taken seriously by some, and certainly no country looking for foreign investment wants to be at the bottom of the 158 rankings.

But both the annual list of "corruption perception" and "bribery perception" indixes, can not be understood as isolated statistics. Just as Greenspan's biographer assured us he takes stock of over 4000 weekly indicators, we can not consider just one single country or economy when discussing corruption or bribery.
