Indymedia Antwerp and one of its contributors are being sued by a local business man for damages of 10,000 euro each hour an article is online. The article is a translation of a petition to stop big game elephant hunting. Indymedia Antwerp has been calling for solidarity to other groups on the global network. ndymedia Antwerpen is an undepended newssite which is supported by only volunteer work. On our newsite there is no censure without strong motivation. Within the theme of the site everyone can write what he or she likes. Except when readers ask articles become hidden or slightly modified.
