Animal rights group call on Environment minister to discontinue Stag- hunt licensing, Demonstration Wednesday 31st January, Time 12.45-2pm. Department of Environment Custom House Dublin.1. The AOHS are issuing a renewed call for the Ward Union’s hunting license to be revoked by the Minister Dick Roche. ‘ In the aftermath of this weeks serious safety risk to children, the terror and ultimate death of a hunted stag , the property damage and disruption of a small village due to stag hunting, we want stag hunting ended permanently now.’ Minister Roche is responsible for issuing the permit to the Ward Union to hunt stag, which really is an exemption to the Wildlife Act, granted to Ireland’s one and only Carted Stag Hunt Club read full story / add a comment |
