Ethnicity, race and culture are often salient aspects of the gay community experience in Northern Ireland. While diversity adds richness to the threads of our human tapestry, queer minorities often feel vulnerable with open disclosure, and retreat from exposures they fear could leave them in jeopardy. Through personal narrative, this event seeks to explore a broad range of culture-related topics specific to the experience of lesbians and gays within ethnic minority and queer populations. Refreshments provided. All welcome. read full story / add a comment
