Comhlamh and Attac Ireland invite you to a fundraiser for the Irish Social Forum: A showing of “Chavez: Inside the Coup” followed by a question and answer session with Director Donnacha O’Briain Chief O’Neills, Smithfield, 8.00pm Thursday October 9th Tickets EUR 10.00 available at the door. This internationally acclaimed film documents the dramatic events surrounding the failed 2002 coup against the democratically elected President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela. The showing will be the directors cut with an additional 10 minutes of previously unbroadcast footage.
