I was just wondering why it takes the IMC collective so long to update the frontpage of the site. I would imagine new stories could put put up in minutes and each doesn't exactly have to be massive. The IMF and World Bank have finally acknowledged that the Heavily Indebted Poor Country initiative, which promised an end to the debt crisis is failing. Debt is on the agenda at the G8 Heads of State meeting in Kananakis, Cananda, June 26-27th.
