The Institute of European Affairs is holding a meeting of the European Professionals Network at 6pm on Thursday 26 September at which Minister of State for European Affairs, Dick Roche, and John Gormley T.D. will address the topic: To be sure, to be sure: the Need for a Second Referendum. The format for this network is a presentation by each speaker for about 10 minutes followed by an open discussion and a glass of wine.
