On Sept. 1st, a lewd comment was left on www.Rate-Your-Solicitor.com about a Dublin based barrister, Jayne Maguire, who rang John Gill, P.R.O. of the Victims of the Legal Profession, to ask him to remove the comment. She explained to him that a male colleague had left this comment about her. When John said that he had no control over the website, Ms Maguire initiated a defamation suit against John through McCann FitzGerald Solicitors, who told John he may face imprisonment if he does not have the offensive material removed as per a High Court injunction issued by Judge Michael Hanna. read full story / add a comment

Eight years ago, its parent company was indicted for multi-billion dollar fraud in the US involving insurance scamming and physician bribery. This is an interesting development considering the recent moves by Russia to effectively try and boot Shell out of Sakhalin-1 over concerns about the environment. He’s a crook and we know it well before now! Why waste more time?

I’ll tell you why I say that it is unimportant what Bertie took in any single scoop, because while our political wasters are up there in the Dáil, supposedly discussing why we should or should not allow a crook at our helm, the Irish state is blazing into Rossport along with an international crime syndicate and are stealing our resources with the aid of our so called protectors – an Garda Siochána.
