They will be the 4th EU state to vote.

The emergency has reached Birmingham, the second most populous conurbation of england, the most complex motorised transport interchange of the island of britain.

On the 9th of July 2005, the city centre of birmingham was evacuated and pub, club and restaurant owners to be responsible for their staff to search premises and all entrants / clients / customers / regulars / diners / have a good timers / civilians / people with jobs related to the postal service or major trade unions entering.

Birmingham and surrounding urban areas have a population of many millions and routinely sees many languages spoken both on the street and on the telephone. Visitors think its ugly. The Irish Examiner has published an article (July 7) which (in a sidebar) takes seven quotes from the forums on Archiseek.com out of context and uses them to back up its claim that Archiseek.com is anti-OAP. If the brit government really believed and took al-ciaeda threats seriously.

Knowing the fact that they were dealing with rich ruthless disassociated cold blooded killers (trained by our own ruthless dissociated psychopaths at CIA black ops in Afghanistan in the 1980's, programmed and trained to kill and maim Russian soldiers mercilessly).

Fine Gael has called for new legislation to be inacted which would grant the Taoiseach unprecedented sweeping executive powers in times of crisis. In a statement today their Defence Spokesman Billy Timmins TD claimed executive powers should be increased immediately and centralised at the "highest level" of Government.

Legislation in the UK allows the so-called COBRA committee to rule by executive decree with the power to:

Suspend sittings of Parliament
Destroy or requisition private property
Ban public assemblies
Limit freedom of movement
