Trauma of Chechnya's ongoing war on health status and living conditions

This report presents the findings of two quantitative surveys conducted by MSF among the displaced populations in Ingushetia and Chechnya to gain information on living conditions and health status. (The main findings are presented in the table below). People interviewed had been displaced for at least five years. We found a population living in unacceptable conditions, traumatized by conflict, and in fear of their safety. read full story / add a comment

Because the last one was such good fun, we're doing it again on Thursday 16th September in the Long Bar in Dalymount. Kick off will be 8.30pm and we will require 5 of your euro.

DJ's on the night will be Jane Ruffino and Sisters in Bands Doing it For Themselves - Anna and Lisa Carey (of El Diablo and The Jimmy Cake fame respectively).

The venue is wheelchair accessible
It has a pool table and you can go out into the stands for a smoke and an admire of the surroundings.
