There is a growing trend of cruelty to animals in Ireland. Irish legislation has failed and continues to fail animals in this country. On Sunday, August 26th 2012 at 1pm Sharp meeting at the Garden of Remembrance, hundreds of compassionate and caring people and other respected groups will join together to peacefully march through Dublin's City centre for a lively and upbeat protest calling for tougher laws to stamp out animal abuse and to recognise animals as sentient beings. Erris Inshore Fishermen's Association (EIFA) gets a dose of the crabs from Shell and were left scratching on Monday last!: Three years too late, EIFA 'fishermen', whose shillings from Shell have run out were back again on Monday on another begging spree.
