Erased tapes, missing evidence, Conor's third arm, and the invisible red book all played a part in this saga. The notes don't do it justice.... Defending himself, Conor Cregan had the bearing of a trial lawyer as he shredded the prosecutions case against him. read full story / add a comment

Before the illegal invasion & bombing of Iraq, five
members of the pacifist Catholic Worker movement made their way into Shannon Airport and non-violently disarmed a U.S. navy war plane in the early hours of February 3rd. 2003.

The Pit Stop Ploughshares Deirdre Clancy, Nuin Dunlop, Karen Fallon, Ciaron O'Reilly & Damien Moran spent 4 to 11 weeks in Limerick Prison. They went to trial in March 2005 on two counts of Criminal Damage -€100 and $U.S.2.5million. Penalties if convicted carry a maximum of ten years imprisonment. The week of trial
saw 80 international & numerous Irish anti-war

This article, below about the deaths in Iraq, reveals some very interesting detail about the tragedy that is unfolding. It is interesting because it shows that the major media outlets, BBC and RTE and the national newspapers are in fact pushing an agenda and not telling the truth.

Their agenda is that George Bush is a wicked man and so everyone must hate him. He is wicked in their eyes because he is pro-life and pro-family and is trying to reverse the decline in morality that took place under the Clinton decade of permissiveness and his undermining of marriage. They ramp up hostility towards him by pushing out propaganda claiming that Coalition-led forces have killed 34 Iraqi civilians a day since they invaded.

This article exposes that lie. read full story / add a comment
