IAN Blair, Commissioner of London's Metropolitan Police, admitted on July 22nd, 2005 that Britain is implementing a shoot-to-kill policy in relation to what he termed 'the fight against terrorism'. “Anarchy Disrupts US Storm Relief”claims the BBC. “Scenes of Anarchy in Super dome” declares CNN. “Anarchy in the streets”. But what's really going on in New Orleans?
