I remember this story vaguely and the footage which I think was shown on TV. Didn't know the whole thing was dropped by the public prosecutor. I don't have the guys full name or his fathers name. Just this which his father was handing out at the Dail today. He is hungerstriking to draw attention to this. If anyone is nearby maybe they could speak to him and get an update and his and his son's full names and contact details for anyone who might want to offer support. I think he needs it as the Info had no phone number or anything on it. Anyoune else know or remember details about this. ... read full story / add a comment

I did send this artice and the I serached more and I found out that the Irish Government did not know even their own laws which they sign or agree. So if the US , the British, the Polnish, the Aussies if all don't accept more any law, International, like the above Nations violated the UNO International Laws, so I am not surprised that Ireland soes not accept the Regulation and Laws signed with the EU! So every one can do now what he want? Then let's start! ... read full story / add a comment

The good bus started as an idea to get autonomous activists from Ireland to the G8 in Evian, not just to take part in blockades & demonstrations but also to actively be involved in planning them, & to be able to evaluate these actions afterwards. A bus was just one idea of how to get to Evian. The bus never materialised. A diverse collective of individuals prepared to take action against the nasty corporate elements that fuck up our world did. In all the good bus trip lasted 15 days. We plan to put on some workshops sharing our experiences from this trip in various locations around Ireland, & at the Grassroots Gathering in Dublin in June. You can check out more photos & reports from the Annemasse camps, No Border Action Geneve, Lausanne Blockades & the Bourdonnette Camp Siege, on the daaa website. Direct action against apathy are currently putting ... read full story / add a comment |
