After seven weeks, a GM crop squat in Dorset is over. The field had been occupied by protesters with a 20ft tall pink castle since April 25th. The death of a young person is always a cause for grief and sadness anywhere. When such a death takes place through the agency of murder in tragic and avoidable circumstances it becomes even more saddening. But where three young persons of promise are murdered in cold blood within a space of a few days by their supposed protectors and in situations of brazen abuse of power, then something really worrisome is going on.
