Secondly, RNU has lately voted to link itself with Óglaigh na hÉireann. Yep, those chaps who issued the threat against Seamus Finucane yesterday. By your company shall you know them...
Good to see republicans out in force to protect someone's human rights. But why should I care? Why should anyone peaceable care? Militant Republicans care about no one but their own. Luckily my mummy and daddy told me life was precious regardless of what socio-economic group they had been born into. Consider this- the very fact that you are able to use this man to demonstrate republican credentials illustrates the differences between your revolutionary machinery and the forces of the state. He was remanded for a legal trial, with rights of appeal and retained in legal record, and it seems likely he will walk (sorry) because of his condition. Republican justice at its most benign has lately been given to Seamy F in the form of a death threat. Other typical sentences involve destruction of property, harrassment of family and friends, exile(the country belongs to militant republicans, we all just live here. Bit of a landlord mentality there also, but best not to investigate that.), blackmail, extortion, punishment beatings, punishment shootings, and of course, good old fashioned murdering ye.
In summation, Yo! RNU! Choose your company a bit better and you might have some sort of basis for this kind of moralising. I mean, besides the blessed sanctity of republican struggle of course. Beir Bua! Exitus Acta Probat!
In view of recent damning reports on Irish Human Rights issues, there must be a case for release of Brendan Lillis.Maybe if he was a Libyan and had downed an airliner he would have a better chance.Alas no,cos we don't have as much oil as Libya, and I know Brendan is proud of his own name and nationality.Wonder what part of the ballot box doesn't suit the Brits this year?Wonder if Andy boy will come over with his mommy in May.Maybe not. He's got funny friends.
