Jump To Comment: 3 2 1As far as I know, there are plenty of people taking civil action, but this will be hampered by the garda cover up. If only one garda is prosecuted, how can 10 people take a case against a whole force?
Are there plans for any civil actions?
If no at least a public independent enquiry into the events of the day should be held. Like they used to do in NI over incidents like cullyhana (hope I am spelling this right).
