According to previous entrys in his Bebo he had been given use of or somehow acquired a new BMW motorcar since his arrival in Bolivia . The name of this security form which allegedly sent him to Bolivia however remains somewhat elusive .

The Examiner quotes Garda sources as saying that Dwyer "had no criminal history and was not known to gardaí". However, the report does hint that Dwyer might have a British Army connection, but does not provide more than an un-named source- "One source suggested he had military training at a young age, possibly in the British army"
