It is now forbidden to enter the estate when non-resident.
The policeman is not condemned for his actions.
The police asked in the newspapers for the jouths involved to come forward and identify themselves as they have aided in the death of the man but it will be taken into account if they come forward.
The newspapers claim it was not a deliberate shot and the only shot fired was in the belly and was aimed for the knee in order to force the man down.
How he got his head blown of is not mentionned.
Even if it had been in the belly it would still be a liquidation. Single shot fired and no warning shots and no time for the man to respond.
A policeman from the police station involved told family and friends that the policeman who fired the shot had wanted the victim dead and that he had a personal grudge against the man. There is no investigation underway and if any should be claimed in future then it was done on paper only. It is the Wild West out there. A killer is on the loose and he has police protection. Everyone knows he did it and they do nothing about it. The Dutch are so lame anything could happen there and they will not react. Maybe they are all high or something. If everyone in Ireland knew about a man in uniform killing an innocent man surely the Irish would react as one man and demand justice?
Quickly searching for verification of the story I notice fragments like "all arrested were white" and "many were football fans". Certainly Utrecht is rioting. But the most english language coverage is on newsbreaking sites in either Ireland or Canada........odd...............The Dutch Telegraph newspaper reports that the Justice ministry has termed the shooting unacceptable http://www.telegraaf.nl/binnenland/60729831/Maanden_cel....html
I've long thought that the Dutch language is a clever fictional construct by a proud but tall people to protect their trade, dykes and prudery from outside inteference. Observe the dutch word for "inacceptable" it is "onacceptabel”. Do you see what I'm getting at? Dutch is really an Engish kind of German with silly spelling rules & a lot of spittle in the pronunciation. Anyway - here's an illustration of how the Utrecht suburb has been sealed off by the authorities. Just so you know what your neighbourhood may look like if you're sealed off. If you are sealed off - best thing to do is stay indoors. Remember the golden rules - when civilisation collapses it is timely to stop smoking ou must also get your essential supplies provisioned (looted) within the first 24 hours. Never get caught by army or police with cigarettes 72 hours after collapse of normal civilisation. They'll either shoot you or bang you up for looting.
Utrecht suffering - race tensions meet police brutality & one death so far
On 11 March 2007, police shot and killed 54-year-old Rinie Mulder, a resident wielding a knife, which touched off two nights of rioting. Reports of the details conflict, but most say Mulder had called the police to come to his aid after he witnessed Turkish immigrant youths attacking a pregnant Dutch woman. Fewer say that the policeman who shot Mulder was north African. [2] [this source's reliability may need verification] The situation was calmed by the imposition of a lockdown on the district, preventing non-residents from entering the district, and the arrest of 135 rioters on 13 March 2007.
The police officer involved stated that the resident had threatened the officer.[1] Somes sources have stated that there were ethnic tensions around the shooting and rioting, with district residents complaining that police have failed to deal with criminal activities by "immigrant youths".[this source's reliability may need verification]
(from wikipedia) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ondiep well now I know for sure that " vorige week " means "last week". The mayor Annie Brouwer-Kor has (as far as I can tell) decided the operation is close to finish & was a preventitive police measure- "esloot daarop de wijk hermetisch af te sluiten met hekken. Ook gold een samenscholingsverbod en fouilleerde de politie preventief".
I'm also picking up on explosives being found.... & it is most definitely race related. Oh well another bit of neo-nazi news from our wonderful EU from the Atlantic to the Urinal. Been a great little month of March hasn't it?
what a title! Not only in Ireland Police Rule.
Are you guys for real? How do Police rule Ireland? Garda bashers! What happens in the rest of the world does not relate to the Gardai, but any reason to abuse Gardai!
Then you'll now what its like to live in a police state i.e. constant harresment, intimdiation and physical violence are all on the menue if you live in Erris North Co. Mayo and happen to get in Shell's way. Before all this kicked off and despite all the scandals and illegal activities of Gardai up and down the Country I niavely thought that it was all down to a few bad apples. Being on the receiving end of out of control thugs in state uniforms has convinced me and many others that the organisation is rotten and corrupt at pretty much every level.
Up and down the country, Garda corruption? Donegal was a disaster but it was found out about, Thank God. Where else does it occur? Are you trying to tell me that the Garda on the beat in Ballymun or Moyross is courrupt? Out doing the job that no one else in this country wants to do or is too scared to do.
Up in Erris you have Gardai upholding the laws of the state for the good of the vast amount of people of this country. It is not for th Gardai to decide who gets our resources thats a goverrnment issue and the Gardai uphold the laws set by the elected dail?
I think people want any reason these days to slate the Gardai out doing the dirty jobs that you and I don't want to or a too scared to do? A bit of level thinking might not go astray cool j.
in the last few weeks alone we have gardai detained for everything from shop-lifting to causing the death of a pedistrian and leaving the scene of the accident while fellow gardai including a superintendent sought to cover up the fact that the suspect had drink taken. Not to mention the paedophile ring in which a garda was involved in. The list goes on and on.
you don't have a clue of any facts! Thought this site was a change from the mainstream media?
Lets look at the facts? Are Gardai devine?
What are the facts surrounding the shop lifting case? A biro was taken by a man who happened to be a Garda. Have you ever taken a biro by mistake from a bank or such?
A Garda Inspector, not Suprintendent as you state was the uncle of the MAN involved in the accident and collected him from the Garda statioin after his arrest and proper arrest for being involved in a fatal road traffic accident? He, did not fail his drink driving test, therfore he did not break the law! . If a Teacher or a Priest or a Nurse was involved would you care or would the media care?
Lets see what happens in rerlatioin to your so called pedo ring. Obsession with Gardai is this countrys problem. You failed to answer any of my queries on the last post?
I know a few guys in Erris and they are sick of you guys wreaking their community
Your friends and Shell are the ones wrecking this community. I may have accidently taken the odd pen in my time but not 50 euros worth of pens and pencils all at one time. Interesting how in the Lucan case plenty of time was allowed to go by (and garda stations apparently) before the guy was tested - no doubt his garda friends made sure he was well hydrated with pure H20 in the meantime. Don't think an ordinary nurse etc. would be "catered" for in such a way. They'd be lucky if their names aren't leaked all over the media before any case gets heard - and hopefully their not "known" to the Gards!!
PS - Isn't interesting that the Gards didn't act on info passed on to them from Austria on a paedo ring which involved one of their own!!
Ya keep reading your Irish Daily Mail must be where you get your info from! No point in trying to discuss points with you you dont answer them!
or are you all formerly middle / working class? retired? expecting? studying? working? training? ducking and diving?
oh well then - you just won't get to test Garda corruption for yourself. Back to the "policing" equation then we have to go. It's not really wittgenstein, if the law enforcers are there when you want them & need them you're a happy bunny. The Italians have just changed one of their laws built on a law built on a law (all of them bad ones as it goes). To protect their young people, it's quite simple - you don't have a safe limit on canabis or hashish any more. If you're an international trafficker this doesn't apply to you. But we established that in less than 400 words. You're formerly.... class... how you buy food... who pays for the internet connection...
We were talking about Ireland!! Not Italy! Dont care about Italy!!!!!! Lets sort out Eire first! Lamp!
I've answered your questions Mossies- You just don't like them cos their obviously too close to the bone. Shell's cops are certainly doing their dirty work up here. Not too interested in upholding the law eithier when it comes to the many complaints on record of physical abuse and intimidation made against their own!!
Anyway - off to bed!!
Not close to the bone at all just a working class hero who backs the good and great work of the Gardai. Frank Short was on the 9 o clock news stating that a few bad apples put in in prison for 22 months and he held no greivance with Gardai as a whole. Think about it while your reading you English rag in the morning - obsesed with Gardai I think!!!!!
i assume your favourite rag is the Sunday World were self styled sham "under-cover" reporter Paul Williams is always making excuses for you lot - probably because he get most of his dodgy smear stories from his cronies inside the fuzz. Which explains his made up story/lie perpetuted by himself is his column last year about IRA/subversive republican involvement in the ShelltoSea campaign. The Scumbag also refused to go on local radio to back up his claims. Williams was also for some reason on the voting panel for the Mayo person of the year which bizzarely voted for the ever incompetant McDowell yes man Garda chief Noel Conroy as person of the year for 2007. Increadible really, following a year which was particualry bad for garda scandals/corruption/law breaking , not to mention the murder rate and crime figures in general going through the roof.
PS - Sadly the gardai in this state are not cutting the mustard. Most of them appear to be incaple of doing anything other then bullying unarmed protestors or hiding behind bush in 30mph zones and on motorways booking law-abiding citizens for minor infringements while gangs of joy-riders and other speed frecks terrorize ordinary people with impunity in nearly every town-centre in Ireland and otherwise quiet country-roads were most of the carnage on our roads actually takes place.
