Earlier today Shell announced profits of €19.5bn. The human tragedies in all parts of the world that lie behind this appalling human greed are now struggling to be heard despite the multi-million euro Shell PR campaign to keep the silenced.

Brigid's Well, Liscannor, site of annual pilgrimage, saw a large turn out of people for a noon-day service. Clare Shell to Sea set up stall in the perfect spot - behind the open air altar. Report later.
