Call for Rossport Banner Stretch along the Quay It is a long road from Rossport to Dublin. The Rossport Farmers have to travel it again next week to be in the High Court from 10.00 am. Willie Corduff, Brid Mc Garry, Philip Mc Grath and Brendan Philibin, protesting land owners, will be back in Court next Tuesday. This group is compelling Shell to discover documents to show the initial plans of the project. for their case against the gas project. The last judge agreed in principle but Shell continues to object. Shell wanted to close the case but the Rossport farmers are holding out. We need to show them our presence and support. |

I'm surprised theres no court cases yet over the Garda actions who used a substantial level of force just to favour the Shell nightmare project.
sitting in the most uncomfortable benches in the Four Courts, listening to arguments about costs, the upshot of it is this... the Judge (Laffoy) is reserving her decision on costs but the State have to make discovery of relevant documents by the 7th of February. My bet is that they will make interesting reading!
